Arm Balancing 101

Join us as we take flight! Have you been trying to balance on those two hands but it just doesn’t seem to stick, or you let fear get in the way?

Join Niki Erdner, a 200h Ashtanga Vinyasa Certified Yoga Teacher as she guides you with confidence and tips to get into level 1 arm balances– crow, side crow, crane, and variations of the three. Expect drills, hands-on guidance, a warm up and flow, plus some casual falls and laughs.
