Lindsay Namuth

Lindsay began practicing yoga as a way to settle her mind, after working long hours at a corporate job. As soon as she stepped onto her mat, she realized that her yoga practice was much more than just easing her racing thoughts, it was a lifestyle in which she was drawn to. 

 
Lindsay continued practicing yoga, and it not only helped her gain power over her anxiety ridden mind, but also helped her to feel a connectedness to her body and to the rest of the world. She then realized that she wanted to share this practice with others. Lindsay received her 200 hour teaching certification in Vinyasa, from the Nexus Institute of Yoga & Wellness in Costa Rica. In sharing her yoga, meditation and pranayama practice with others, Lindsay hopes to instill the same amount of calm and ease that she has received through practicing yoga herself. She looks forward to welcoming each & every one of you to her practice!
